The commit mentioned below replaced return statements inside a switch so
that other code could be called after the switch. However, it didn't add
any break statements, causing the cases to run together. Fix this.

Change all files in common/ to use CMD_RET_USAGE instead of calling cmd_usage() directly. I'm not completely sure about this patch since the code since impact is small (100 byte or so on ARM) and it might need splitting into smaller patches. But for now here it is. The implementation of the string compare function of the "itest" command was weird, as only the length of the shortest argument was included in the compare, with the result that something like "itest.s abd == abddef" would return TRUE.
