video: edid: guard standard timings EDID expansion behind kconfig

Since EDID only indicates supported standard timings, a large table with
detailed timing information is necessary, consuming significant space. To
mitigate this, the table is made configurable via kconfig, allowing it to
be excluded when not needed.

Older EDID timing algorithms relied solely on detailed timings, typically
optimized for a display's native resolution. This caused issues with newer
4K panels on older hardware, which couldn't handle those high resolutions.
To address this, the algorithm now also considers standard timings, offering
lower, compatible resolutions. Future improvements may include checking
established timings for even broader compatibility.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

One of my monitors have only 4k@60 timing in base EDID block which is
out of range for devices with HDMI 1.4. It turns out that it has
additional detailed timings in CTA-861 Extension Block and two of them
are appropriate for HDMI 1.4.

Add additional search for valid detailed timing in extension block.

Code which searches for valid detailed timing entry will be used in more
places. Extract it.

No functional change is made. However, descriptors are casted to
edid_detailed_timing instead of edid_monitor_descriptor. Descriptor can
be of either type, but since we're interested only in DTD, it is more
fitting to cast to edid_detailed_timing.

earlier. There is no point parsing other parameters if this flag is not
present.
