common/splash_source.c: Change bmp_load_addr to ulong from u32

The variable bmp_load_addr is used to hold the address in memory of
where to put the splash image (as a bmp). For 32/64bit correctness, this
needs to be a ulong and not u32 today.

boot: Use fit_image_get_data() to get data

Use this function instead of fit_image_get_emb_data() data, since it
works will FITs that use external data.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

common: splash_source: Don't compile ubifs splash cmd for SPL build

Don't compile ubifs splash mount command for SPL build as this command
is not supported (and also not enabled) during SPL stage.

This fixes below compilation error, when CONFIG_CMD_UBIFS is enabled in
defconfig along with splash screen enabled at SPL stage:

During compilation splash_source puts out below warning for type
conversion in splash_load_fit for bmp_load_addr and fit_header.
Change their type to uintptr_t to fix the warnings.

splash: get devpart from environment variable

By default several types of splash locations are supported and the
user can select one of them through environment var (splashsource).

However the devpart is still hardcoded and we cannot change it from
the environment.

This patch add the support of "splashdevpart" which allow the user to
set the devpart though this environment variable.

Example: image located in splashscreen partition (MMC as raw)
```
splashsource=mmc_raw
splashdevpart=0#splashscreen
```
