We currently have an if_type (interface type) and a uclass id. These are closely related and we don't need to have both. Drop the if_type values and use the uclass ones instead. Every time a usb bus/port is scanned and a new device is detected, we want to call device_probe() as it will give us a chance to run additional post-processings for some purposes.
