ARM: omap2+: rename config to ARCH_OMAP2PLUS and consolidate Kconfig

In Linux, CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP2PLUS is used for OMAP2 or later SoCs. Rename CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP2 to CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP2PLUS to follow this naming. Move the OMAP2+ board/SoC choice down to mach-omap2/Kconfig to slim down the arch/arm/Kconfig level. Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada Reviewed-by: Tom Rini

cmd, disk: convert CONFIG_PARTITION_UUIDS, CMD_PART and CMD_GPT

We convert CONFIG_PARTITION_UUIDS to Kconfig first. But in order to cleanly update all of the config files we must also update CMD_PART and CMD_GPT to also be in Kconfig in order to avoid complex logic elsewhere to update all of the config files. Move (and rename) the following CONFIG options to Kconfig: CONFIG_DAVINCI_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_DAVINCI) CONFIG_OMAP_HSMMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_OMAP_HS) CONFIG_MXC_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_MXC) CONFIG_MXS_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_MXS) CONFIG_TEGRA_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_SDHCI_TEGRA) CONFIG_SUNXI_MMC (renamed to CONFIG_MMC_SUNXI) They are the same option names as used in Linux.
