Now that the USB PHY driver uses the device tree to get VBUS supply
regulators, these Kconfig symbols are unused. Remove them.

The H616 DRAM controller requires some board specific parameters, which
we declare in Kconfig, let each board specify in their defconfig, and
then use in the DRAM init code.

Other DRAM controllers now require a very similar, if not identical
parameter set, with so far the same parameter names used.

To help keep the Kconfig file at bay, rename the existing parameter
names to drop the H616_ part in there, to make them more naturally
reusable for other SoCs.

No functional change, just a rename.

With the recent "old-style sunxi" sync and the penultimate OF_UPSTREAM DT
update, both directories were based on the same v6.10 kernel tree.
And while there is one subtle difference in many Allwinner SoC's DT
files, the H616 ones turn out to be identical.

Remove the old copies of the H616 related .dts and .dtsi files, and
switch the whole H616 SoC over to use OF_UPSTREAM. This immediately
benefits from the recent upstream DT update, to kernel v6.11.

The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.

The original H616 devices released about three years ago were typically
paired with an X-Powers AXP305 PMIC. Newer devices uses the smaller
AXP313, and there seem to be far more systems with this PMIC around now.

Remove the default AXP305 selection for the H616 SoC from the Kconfig,
and move the PMIC selection into the board defconfig files instead.

The OrangePi Zero 2 has a USB VBUS regulator, controlled by pin PC16.
This is correctly described in the DT, but the patches for supporting
this are still pending.

Meanwhile add our good old CONFIG_USB1_VBUS_PIN to the defconfig file,
to enable power on the USB port and allow using a USB flash drive, for
instance.

Now that the PHY driver supports the H616 USB PHY, we can enable USB
support for the two H616 boards.
As the OrangePi Zero2 has a USB-C port hard-wired to peripheral mode,
let's enable USB gadget mode for port 0, so people can use fastboot,
ethernet or mass storage functionality.

Vendor DRAM settings use TPR10 parameter to enable various features.
There are many mores features that just those that are currently
mentioned. Since new will be added later and most are not known, let's
reuse value from vendor DRAM driver as-is. This will also help adding
support for new boards.
