s3c64xx: move the reset_cpu function

actually the timer init use the interrupt_init as init callback which make the interrupt and timer implementation difficult to follow so now rename it as int timer_init(void) and use interrupt_init for interrupt btw also remane the corresponding file to the functionnality implemented as ixp arch implement two timer - one based on interrupt - so all the timer related code is moved to timer.c Signed-off-by: Jean-Christophe PLAGNIOL-VILLARD

Move machine specific code to board at s3c64xx (v2)

Move machine specific code to smdk6400. Some board use OneNAND instead of NAND. Some register MP0_CS_CFG[5:0] are controled by both h/w and s/w. So it's better to use macro instead of hard-coded value. Signed-off-by: Kyungmin Park
