The PPC440 support has been removed in commit 98f705c9ce
("powerpc: remove 4xx support"). This patch removes this obsolete
file as well.

This patch fixes three typos.
The first is a repetition of CONFIG_CMD_BSP.
The second makes the #endif comment match its #if.
The third is a spelling error.
