The root-key choice carries security pitfalls that are not obvious from the
Kconfig prompts alone: the built-in key is only a test key, a digest stored
as a TEE persistent value is worthless unless the TA refuses to overwrite
it while the device is unlocked, and the board provider must fail closed.
Spell these out so an integrator does not ship an insecure default by
accident.

The "env" command is the recommended environment management command,
its "print" subcommand is the equivalent replacement for legacy "printenv"
command. Update the documentation to use the contemporary "env print"
command instead of legacy "printenv" command.

Note that the "printenv" command is unlikely to be removed from U-Boot
in the near future due to it being integral part of the command line
ABI.

Implemented using:
$ sed -i 's@\<printenv\>@env print@g' $(git grep -li '\<printenv\>' doc/) README

Note that verification is performed by the libavb copy vendored under
lib/libavb/ (AVB version 1.3.0) and which parts are U-Boot-specific, and
pin the README reference to the exact upstream commit the vendored copy
corresponds to instead of a moving master branch.

Works the same as CONFIG_CMD_UMS_ABORT_KEYED does: any keypress will
abort fastboot mode (rather than only ctrl-c).

It's possible to interrupt the fastboot command from the U-Boot shell
using the Ctrl-c keybinding.

drivers: fastboot: Add support for SPI flash memory

Fastboot currently supports MMC and NAND flash devices. Similarly,
extend the support to SPI flash memories.

Note that in this initial implementation, partitions on the device are
not supported yet, but raw partitions can be set in U-Boot environment.

To define a raw partition descriptor, add an environment variable
similar to the MMC case:

```
fastboot_raw_partition_<raw partition name>=<offset> <size>
```

for example:

```
fastboot_raw_partition_boot=0x0 0x1000000
```

To enhance code organization, it is beneficial to consolidate all A/B
BCB management routines into a single super-command.
The 'bcb' command is an excellent candidate for this purpose.

This patch integrates the separate 'ab_select' command into the 'bcb'
group as the 'ab_select' subcommand, maintaining the same parameter list
for consistency.
