doc: Switch from setenv to env set

The "env" command is the recommended environment management command, its "set" subcommand is the equivalent replacement for legacy "setenv" command. Update the documentation to use the contemporary "env set" command instead of legacy "setenv" command. Note that the "setenv" command is unlikely to be removed from U-Boot in the near future due to it being integral part of the command line ABI. tools: Add support for fwumdata tool

Add a new fwumdata tool to allows users to read, display, and modify FWU (Firmware Update) metadata from Linux userspace. It provides functionality similar to fw_printenv/fw_setenv but for FWU metadata. Users can view metadata, change active/previous bank indices, modify bank states, and set image acceptance flags. efi: Rename the lib/efi directory

This directory was created when U-Boot gained the ability to run as an EFI app in 2015. Since then the EFI-loader feature has been added. The code in lib/efi is not actually used by the loader, so the name is confusing. Rename the directory to efi_client to indicate that it includes files just for U-Boot being a client of EFI, i.e. the EFI app and stub. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

efi_loader: Rename and move CMD_BOOTEFI_HELLO_COMPILE

This is not actually a command so the name is confusing. Use BOOTEFI_HELLO_COMPILE instead. Put it in the efi_loader directory with the other such config options.
