Use BOOTEFI_HELLO_COMPILE instead. Put it in the efi_loader directory with the other such config options. BOOTEFI_HELLO_COMPILE instead. Put it in the efi_loader directory

The link rule (for $(obj)/%_efi.so) in scripts/Makefile.lib handles
