We're aiming to reduce the amount of U-Boot-specific and out-of-spec
Device Tree additions.

Those two properties haven't been doing anything for a long time
already, except when read by board files manually. This is still the
case for STM32 boards but those will be migrated in the near future
according to their maintainer. In any case, let's not encourage people
to add either of these properties to new or existing Device Trees and
remove it from the bindings.

Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.

Use ENV_MMC_SW_PARTITION to clarify this is the SD/MMC software
partition table entry selector. Update the help text accordingly.

<title>env: mmc: statically set the environment partition name</title>

The new opt-out setting, CONFIG_ENV_MMC_PARTITION, statically sets
the MMC environment partition name. Prior to this patch, the only way
to declare this partition name was by creating a
'u-boot,mmc-env-partition' parameter in the device-tree's /config node.

This setting provides additional flexibility, particularly in cases
where accessing the device-tree is not straightforward (e.g. QEMU).

If undeclared, the device-tree's setting will be used.

The current API is outdated as it requires a devicetree pointer.

Move these functions to use the ofnode API and update this globally. Add
some tests while we are here.

Correct the call in exynos_dsim_config_parse_dt() which is obviously
wrong.

about usage to the top. Correct the 'no-keyboard' binding which is missing

<title>rockchip: rk3399-puma: add code to allow forcing a power-on reset</title>

The reset circuitry in the RK3399 only resets 'almost all logic' when
a software reset is performed. To make our software maintenance
easier in the future, we want to have the option (controlled by a DTS
property) to force all reset causes other than a power-on reset to
trigger a power-on reset via a GPIO trigger.

This adds the necessary support to the rk3399-puma (i.e. RK3399-Q7)
board-support and the documentation for the new property
(sysreset-gpio) within the /config-node.
