bootstd: Add a return code to bootflow menu

Return an error when the user does not select an OS, so we know whether to boot or not. Move calling of bootflow_menu_run() into a separate function so we can call it from other places. Expand the test to cover these cases. Add some documentation also, while we are here. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

cmd: mmc: Add mmc reg read command for reading card registers

Add extension to the 'mmc' command to read out the card registers. Currently, only the eMMC OCR/CID/CSD/EXTCSD/RCA/DSR register are supported. The output from "dm tree" or "dm uclass" is a bit annoying if the number of devices available on the system is huge. (This is especially true on sandbox when I debug some DM code.) With this patch, we can specify the uclass name or the device name that we are interested in in order to limit the output.
