The FWU Multi Bank Update feature supports updating firmware images
to one of multiple sets(also called banks) of images. The firmware
images are clubbed together in banks, with the system booting images
from the active bank. Information on the images such as which bank
they belong to is stored as part of the metadata structure, which is
stored on the same storage media as the firmware images on a dedicated
partition.

At the time of update, the metadata is read to identify the bank to
which the images need to be flashed(update bank). On a successful
update, the metadata is modified to set the updated bank as active
bank to subsequently boot from.

This uclass is intended to manage IOMMUs on systems where the
IOMMUs are not in bypass mode by default. In that case U-Boot
cannot ignore the IOMMUs if it wants to use devices that need
to do DMA and sit behind such an IOMMU.

This initial IOMMU uclass implementation does not implement and
device ops and is intended for IOMMUs that have a bypass mode
that does not require address translation. Support for IOMMUs
that do require address translation is planned and device ops
will be defined when support for such IOMMUs will be added.

A new driver uclass is created to handle the reboot mode control.

The new uclass driver is updating an environment variable with the
configured reboot mode. The mode is extracted from a map provided
at initialization time. The map contains a list of modes
and associated ids.

This uclass is intended to provide a way to obtain information about a
U-Boot board. But the concept of a U-Boot 'board' is the whole system,
not just one circuit board, meaning that 'board' is something of a
misnomer for this uclass.

In addition, the name 'board' is a bit overused in U-Boot and we want to
use the same uclass to provide SMBIOS information.

The obvious name is 'system' but that is so vague as to be meaningless.
Use 'sysinfo' instead, since this uclass is aimed at providing information
on the system.

Rename everything accordingly.

Note: Due to the patch delta caused by the symbol renames, this patch
shows some renamed files as being deleted in one place and created in
another.

Add initial infrastructure for Xen para-virtualized block device.
This includes compile-time configuration and the skeleton for
the future driver implementation.
Add new class UCLASS_PVBLOCK which is going to be a parent for
virtual block devices.
Add new interface type IF_TYPE_PVBLOCK.

Implement basic driver setup by reading XenStore configuration.

Since commit 1517126fdac2 ("ARM: uniphier: select DM_ETH"), DM-based
drivers/net/smc911x.c is compiled, but it is never probed because the
parent node lacks the DM-based driver.

I need a skeleton driver to populate child devices (but the next commit
will move more hardware settings to the this driver).

I put this to drivers/bus/uniphier-system-bus.c because this is the
same path as the driver in Linux kernel.
