The i.MX93 11x11 EVK fails to boot with following error:

 Model: NXP i.MX93 11X11 EVK board
 DRAM:  2 GiB
 Error binding driver 'imx93-adc': -96
 Some drivers failed to bind
 Error binding driver 'simple_bus': -96
 Some drivers failed to bind
 Error binding driver 'simple_bus': -96
 Some drivers failed to bind
 initcall sequence 00000000fffb8f28 failed at call 000000008021e0d4 (err=-96)
 ### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###

That's because since commit e7ff54d96303 ("imx93_evk: defconfig: add adc
support") CONFIG_ADC_IMX93 is enabled but CONFIG_ADC is not.
Fix this by enabling CONFIG_ADC in imx93_11x11_evk_defconfig.

Make sure this situation won't happen again in future i.MX93 defconfig by
making CONFIG_ADC_IMX93 depend on CONFIG_ADC.

With the commit 4fcba5d556b4 ("regulator: implement basic reference
counter") the return value of regulator_set_enable may be EALREADY or
EBUSY for fixed/gpio regulators.

Change to use the more relaxed regulator_set_enable_if_allowed to
continue if regulator already was enabled or disabled.

This commit adds driver for iMX93 ADC.

The driver is implemented using driver model and provides
ADC uclass's methods for ADC single channel operations:
    - adc_start_channel()
    - adc_channel_data()
    - adc_stop()

ADC features:
    - channels: 4
    - resolution: 12-bit

The fdt_addr_t and phys_addr_t size have been decoupled.
A 32bit CPU can expext 64-bit data from the device tree parser,
so use dev_read_addr_ptr in the rockchip-saradc.c file.
As we are there also streamline the error response to -EINVAL on return.

Add support of offset and linear calibration for STM32MP15.
The calibration is performed once at probe. The ADC is set in power on
state for calibration. It remains in this state after calibration,
to give to the kernel the opportunity to retrieve calibration data,
directly from the ADC.

Stop using CONFIG_SANDBOX_ARCH and use CONFIG_SANDBOX instead. For the
SPI related defines, set them directly in Kconfig. This now empties
arch/sandbox/include/asm/config.h.
