The U_BOOT_DRIVER macro creates a list of drivers used at link time, and
all entries here must be unique. This in turn means that all entries in
the code should also be unique in order to not lead to build failures
later with unexpected build combinations. Typically, the problem we have
here is when a driver is obviously based on another driver and didn't
update this particular field and so while the name field reflects
something unique the linker entry itself is not. In a few places this
provides a more suitable string name as well, however.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

We currently have an if_type (interface type) and a uclass id. These are
closely related and we don't need to have both.

Drop the if_type values and use the uclass ones instead.

Maintain the existing, subtle, one-way conversion between UCLASS_USB and
UCLASS_MASS_STORAGE for now, and add a comment.

Add a block driver which handles read/write for EFI block devices. This
driver actually already exists ('efi_block') but is not really suitable
for use as a real U-Boot driver:

- The operations do not provide a udevice
- The code is designed for running as part of EFI loader, so uses
    EFI_PRINT() and EFI_CALL().
- The bind method probes the device, which is not permitted
- It uses 'EFI' as its parent device

The new driver is more 'normal', just requiring its platform data be set
up in advance.
