* Support for building mbn files during the build with the new mkmbn
  tool.
* Remove UCLASS_SMEM and the old smem driver (Qualcomm was the only
user of both), replace it with a port of the Linux SMEM driver.
* Refactor memory map parsing and support reading the memory layout from
  the SMEM database.
* Set the serial# from SMEM.
* Introduce initial support for SPL in mach-snapdragon.
* Add a defconfig for sm8650 with U-Boot as the primary bootloader.
* Workaround an MMC issue by limiting the transfer size.
* Add support for SM7125/SC7180 (clock/pinctrl drivers and UFS phy).
* Add support for the QCS6490 powered Rubik Pi 3 board and document it.

Add driver for Renesas 9-series PCIe clock generators. This driver
is designed to support 9FGV/9DBV/9DMV/9FGL/9DML/9QXL/9SQ series I2C
PCIe clock generators.

The driver is capable of configuring per-chip spread spectrum mode
and output amplitude, as well as per-output slew rate.

<title>clk: spacemit: Add support for K1 SoC</title>

The K1 SoC exposes four clock providers in the kernel mainline DT: one
PLL controller ("spacemit,k1-pll") and three syscon clock nodes
("spacemit,k1-syscon-{mpmu,apbc,apmu}"). Register a separate
U_BOOT_DRIVER for each.

The controllers register clocks into a single CCF namespace, and a clock
in one controller may parent off a clock owned by another, so a
controller must register only after the controllers that own its parents
have probed. Each probe forces its parent controllers up by driver:

    MPMU &lt;- PLL
    APMU &lt;- PLL, MPMU
    APBC &lt;- PLL, MPMU, APMU

U-Boot does not support modules, so having tristate options is useless.

Therefore this patch does a blind replace of all tristate options to
bool tree-wide.

The devm alloc functions that we have may follow the Linux kernel model
where allocations are (almost always) automatically free()'d. However,
quite often we don't enable, in full U-Boot, the tracking and free()'ing
functionality. This in turn leads to memory leaks because the driver
author expects that since the functions have the same name as in the
Linux Kernel they have the same behavior. In turn we then get
functionally correct commits such as commit 00e1fed93c8c ("firmware:
ti_sci: Fix memory leaks in devm_ti_sci_get_of_resource") that manually
add these calls. Rather than manually tracking allocations and
implementing free()s, rework things so that we follow expectations by
enabling the DEVRES functionality (outside of xPL phases).

This turns DEVRES from a prompted symbol to a symbol that must be
select'd, and we now remove our non-managed alloc/free functions from
outside of xPL builds.

should be used. This patch is just bridging this gap till SCMI server is
