readl_relaxed_poll_timeout() relies on timers. On the beaglebone black,
the timer used by readl_relaxed_poll_timeout() depends on this clock
driver. So we have a sort of circular dependency [enable_clock ->
timer_init -> enable_clock -> timer_init]. It leads to a
division-per-zero during the second timer_init() and the beaglebone
fails to boot with following message:
| CPU : AM335X-GP rev 2.1
| Model: TI AM335x BeagleBone Black
| DRAM: 512 MiB
| ### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###

Replace readl_relaxed_poll_timeout() with a simple loop that uses CPU
ticks to countdown the timeout. This loop and the value of LDELAY are
inspired from what's done in arch/arm/mach-omap2/am33xx/clock.c
Also, arch/arm/mach-omap2/am33xx/clock.c doesn't return an error on
timeout, it only logs it, so let's stick with it.

The clock controller driven by this driver exists on other OMAP platforms
than the AM33xx. Yet, it uses functions provided by
arch/arm/mach-omap2/am33xx/clock.c making it unusable by other OMAPs.

Replace am33xx-specific do_{enable/disable}_clocks() with new static
functions implemented locally.
Replace the am33xx-specific clock header with the one shared by all OMAP
platforms.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

The fdt_addr_t and phys_addr_t size have been decoupled. A 32bit CPU
can expect 64-bit data from the device tree parser, so fix some
debug strings with fdt_addr_t to be able to handle both sizes.

The previous version printed the same debug message for both the enable
and disable routines without highlighting whether you were enabling or
disabling the module. It is now clear whether you are enabling or
disabling the module.

Something was wrong in the merge process into the mainline.
Some added patches access driver structure fields and functions that
have been modified by previous patches.
The patch renames:
- dev_get_platdata to dev_get_plat
- dev_get_uclass_platdata to dev_get_uclass_plat
- ofdata_to_platdata to of_to_plat
- plat_data_alloc_size to plat_auto
- priv_auto_alloc_size to priv_auto
- video_uc_platdata to video_uc_plat

Until now the clkctrl clocks have been enabled/disabled through platform
routines. Thanks to this patch they can be enabled and configured directly
by the probed devices that need to use them.
