Rework dev_phys_to_bus() and dev_bus_to_phys() to respect the size
of the area specified in dma-ranges DT property. The area outside
of ranges is remapped 1:1, while the area in the ranges is remapped
according to the description in the dma-ranges property.

Adjust the test to test the area within the remapped range, not area
outside the remapped range, which was incorrect.

Prior to that, seeing the debug() messages required to enable DM_DEBUG
which defines DEBUG (and then _DEBUG) which in turn makes failing
assert() calls reset U-Boot which isn't necessarily what is desired.

Instead, let's migrate to dm_warn which is using log_debug when unset or
log_warn when set.

While at it, reword the DM_DEBUG symbol in Kconfig to explain what it
now actually does.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

This old patch was marked as deferred. Bring it back to life, to continue
towards the removal of common.h

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed.

Follow the correct path in device_probe() when and event handler fails.
This avoids getting into a strange state where the device appears to be
activated but is not.

Tracing is typically enabled by the time driver model starts up, so there
is no point in adding a 'notrace' to the timer-init function. However,
once the driver model timer is enabled, we do need to be able to access
the timer's private data when reading the timer, so add it to the core
function needed for that.

Update the function's documentation while we are here.

<title>dm: core: Support accessing core tags</title>

At present tag numbers are only allocated for non-core data, meaning that
the 'core' data, like priv and plat, are accessed through dedicated
functions.

For debugging and consistency it is convenient to use tags for this 'core'
data too. Add support for this, with new tag numbers and functions to
access the pointer and size for each.

Update one of the test drivers so that the uclass-private data can be
tested here.

There is some code duplication with functions like device_alloc_priv() but
this is not addressed for now. At some point, some rationalisation may
help to reduce code size, but more thought it needed on that.
