dm: core: migrate debug() messages to use dm_warn

Prior to that, seeing the debug() messages required to enable DM_DEBUG which defines DEBUG (and then _DEBUG) which in turn makes failing assert() calls reset U-Boot which isn't necessarily what is desired. Instead, let's migrate to dm_warn which is using log_debug when unset or log_warn when set. While at it, reword the DM_DEBUG symbol in Kconfig to explain what it now actually does. When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. In of_get_address(), there is: dev_count_cells(dev, &na, &ns); followed by: bus->count_cells(dev, &na, &ns); but no codes in between use na/ns, hence the first call is useless. By dropping the first call, dev_count_cells() is now useless too. Signed-off-by: Bin Meng Reviewed-by: Simon Glass

'dma-ranges' frequently exists without parent nodes having 'dma-ranges'. While this is an error for 'ranges', this is fine because DMA capable devices always have a translatable DMA address. Also, with no 'dma-ranges' at all, the assumption is that DMA addresses are 1:1 with no restrictions unless perhaps the device itself has implicit restrictions. This reverts commit d64b9cdcd475eb7f07b49741ded87e24dae4a5fc. As pointed by [1] and [2], the reverted patch made every DT 'reg' property translatable. What the patch was trying to fix was fixed in a different way from previously submitted patches which instead of correcting the generic address translation function fixed the issue with appropriate platform code.
