1. Get partition info/size
2. Erase partition
3. Flash partition
4. BCB

Make FASTBOOT_FLASH also depend on BLK, but make sure
it doesn't affect SUNXI and ROCKCHIP platforms since they
default to y already.

Make it only default on SUNXI when MMC or NAND is enabled,
so it doesn't break the CHIP & Nintendo boards, and for ROCKCHIP
when MMC is enabled.

Fastboot currently supports MMC and NAND flash devices. Similarly,
extend the support to SPI flash memories.

Note that in this initial implementation, partitions on the device are
not supported yet, but raw partitions can be set in U-Boot environment.

To define a raw partition descriptor, add an environment variable
similar to the MMC case:

```
fastboot_raw_partition_<raw partition name>=<offset> <size>
```

for example:

```
fastboot_raw_partition_boot=0x0 0x1000000
```

The fastboot command handling uses an implicit switch/case fallthrough
when receiving the OEM_CONSOLE command, but when this command is not
enabled in Kconfig, to report this command as unknown.

Add our "fallthrough;" statement-like macro before the default branch in
the fastboot code, to avoid a warning when GCC's -Wimplicit-fallthrough
warning option is enabled.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay

so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing

As reported by Jonas Karlman this series breaks booting on some AArch64
platforms with common use cases. For now the best path forward is to
revert the series.

Currently, fastboot protocol in U-Boot has no opportunity
to execute vendor custom code with verifed boot. This patch
introduce new fastboot subcommand fastboot oem board:<cmd>,
which allow to run custom oem_board function.

Default implementation is __weak. Vendor must redefine it in
board/ folder with his own logic.

For example, some vendors have their custom nand/emmc partition
flashing or erasing. Here some typical command for such use cases:

- flashing:

 $ fastboot stage bootloader.img
 $ fastboot oem board:write_bootloader

- erasing:

 $ fastboot oem board:erase_env
