mtd: Remove mtd_erase_callback() entirely

The original purpose of mtd_erase_callback() in Linux at the time it was imported to U-Boot, was to inform the caller that erasing is done (since it was an asynchronous operation). All supplied callback methods in U-Boot do nothing, but the mtd_erase_callback() function was (until previous patch) grossly abused in U-Boot's mtdpart implementation for completely different purpose. Since we got rid of the abusement, remove the mtd_erase_callback() function and the .callback member from struct erase_info entirely, in order to avoid such problems in the future. dm: core: Create a new header file for 'compat' features

At present dm/device.h includes the linux-compatible features. This requires including linux/compat.h which in turn includes a lot of headers. One of these is malloc.h which we thus end up including in every file in U-Boot. Apart from the inefficiency of this, it is problematic for sandbox which needs to use the system malloc() in some files. Move the compatibility features into a separate header file. dm: core: Require users of devres to include the header

At present devres.h is included in all files that include dm.h but few make use of it. Also this pulls in linux/compat which adds several more headers. crc32: Use the crc.h header for crc functions
