The E1000 driver uses an implicit switch/case fallthrough for sharing
some code supporting different PHYs.

Add our "fallthrough;" statement-like macro before the two labels in
e1000_set_phy_type(), to avoid a warning when GCC's -Wimplicit-fallthrough
warning option is enabled.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

e1000_eth_ids holds compatible strings for e1000 devices, but it
is meaningless as e1000 is a PCI device and there is no such
compatible string assigned to e1000 by the DT bindings community.

Drop it.
