<title>pinctrl: bcm283x: Add GPIO pull-up/down control for BCM2835 and BCM2711</title>

This patch adds support for configuring GPIO pull-up and pull-down
resistors in the BCM283x pinctrl driver. It implements the brcm,pull
device tree property to control pin bias settings.

The implementation follows the hardware-specific pull control
mechanisms:
- BCM2835: two-step GPPUD register sequence
- BCM2711: direct per-pin control registers

This enables device tree configurations to specify pull-up, pull-down,
or no bias for individual GPIO pins.

Tested on Raspberry Pi boards with both BCM2835 and BCM2711 SoCs.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.

Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

This function is not necessary anymore, since device_bind_ofnode() does
the same thing and works with both flattree and livetree.

Rename it to indicate that it is special.

Currently, the return value of dev_read_u32_default is stored in an u32,
causing the subsequent "if (function &lt; 0)" to always be false:

u32 function;
...
function = dev_read_u32_default(config, "brcm,function", -1);
if (function &lt; 0) {
        debug("Failed reading function for pinconfig %s (%d)\n",
                      config-&gt;name, function);
        return -EINVAL;
}

Make "function" variable an int to fix this.
