pinctrl: single: Remove unreachable code

In single_read there is a switch block with a default label. All cases
in the switch block, including the default, return directly. So any code
following the switch block is unreachable. Remove the unreachable code.

This issue was found by Smatch.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

pinctrl: single: fix compile warnings with PHYS_64BIT on 32bit

pinctrl-single uses fdt_addr_t and phys_addr_t inconsistently, but both
are wrong to be passed to readb() etc., which expect a pointer or
pointer-sized integer. Change the driver to use
dev_read_addr_size_index_ptr(), so we consistently deal with void*
(except for the sandbox case and single_get_pin_muxing()).

pinctrl: single: add support for pinctrl-single, pins when #pinctrl-cells = 2

Changes to the am33xx device (33e9021a) trees have been merged in from
the upstream linux kernel which now means the device tree uses the new
pins format (as of 5.10) where the confinguration can be stores as a
separate configuration value and pin mux mode which are then OR'd
together.

This patch adds support for the new format to u-boot so that
pinctrl-cells is now respected when reading in pinctrl-single,pins
