This change allows to use pinctrl_gpio_request() function as a direct
pointer for dm_gpio_ops's .request callback.

<title>pinctrl: probe pinctrl drivers during post-bind</title>

Currently, pinctrl drivers only get probed if pinconf is actually being
used, however on SoC-s like Armada 3720 pinctrl driver is a also the GPIO
driver.

So, if the pinctrl driver doesn't get probed GPIO-s won't get registered
and thus they cannot be used.

This is a problem on the Methode eDPU as it just uses SB pins as GPIO-s
and without them being registered networking won't work as it only has
one SFP slot and the TX disable GPIO is on the SB controller.

So, probe the pinctrl drivers using DM_FLAG_PROBE_AFTER_BIND like LED
uclass does.

negative one, which is harder to understand.

It is a pain to have to specify the value 10 in each call. Add a new
dectoul() function and update the code to use it.

Update the code to use -ENOSYS, which is the correct error code for an
unimplemented system call in U-Boot.

Also we should not check for a missing operations array as this is not
permitted. For now this can be covered by an assert().

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include &lt;asm/global_data.h&gt; at all, so
remove that include.

We have two functions which do the same thing. Standardise on
dev_has_ofnode() since there is no such thing as an 'invalid' ofnode in
normal operation: it is either null or missing.

Also move the functions into one place.
