Tegra30: Add funcmux for UART over SD slot

Tegra 3 has UART-E exposable via SD card slot which may be handy for debugging. When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. The existing pinctrl driver available for Tegra SOC is well designed, but it lacks DM support. Let's add a DM compatible overlay, which allows use of the device tree, along with preserving backward compatibility with all existing setups and the ability to use it in SPL board configuration stage.
