Implement the rst_reset operation in the ZynqMP reset driver to use PM_RESET_ACTION_PULSE. This allows the reset controller to perform a reset pulse in a single firmware call instead of separate assert and deassert calls. This matches the Linux kernel implementation of zynqmp_reset_reset(). drivers: firmware: update xilinx_pm_request to support max payload

Currently xilinx_pm_request API supports four u32 payloads. However the legacy SMC format supports five u32 request payloads and extended SMC format supports six u32 request payloads. Add support for the same in xilinx_pm_request API. Also add two dummy arguments to all the callers of xilinx_pm_request. The TF-A always fills seven u32 return payload so add support for the same in xilinx_pm_request API. When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. Add support for versal platform by adding "xlnx,versal-reset" compatible string in zynqmp-reset driver. Reset numbering schema for versal is not same as zynqmp, so nr_reset and reset_id are set to zero. In case of assert/dessert, required device reset id is sent from respective driver through struct reset_ctl. reset: Return 0 if ops unimplemented and remove empty functions

Add firmware based reset controller for Xilinx ZynqMP SoC to let other drivers to call reset functions. Driver is only tested on Xilinx ZynqMP but support for Xilinx Versal can be simply added.
