gadget: f_thor: annotate switch/case fallthrough

Even though we seem to catch POWEROFF and EFSCLEAR commands in the THOR protocol request handling, we ultimately do not seem to handle them (apart from sending a response), so those commands still print an error message. When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. Casting 32bit int value directly into 64bit unsigned type causes wrong value for file size equal or larger than 2GB. Fix the wrong file size by casting uint32_t first.
