When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

bcm2835: Dynamically calculate bytes per pixel parameter

brcm,bcm2708-fb device provided by firmware on RPi5 uses
16 bits per pixel, so lets calculate framebuffer bytes
per pixel dynamically based on queried information.

Tested to work for RPi2b v1.2, RPi3b v1.3, RPi4b v1.1,
RPi2 Zero W, RPi5b v1.0.

bcm2835: Add simiple-framebuffer for use with fkms

When the fkms dtb overlay is used only the simple-framebuffer is
presented as a usable video display. So, add "simple-framebuffer"
compatible to enable video driver bcm2835.

video: arm: rpi: Add brcm,bcm2711-hdmi0 compatible

The 'brcm,bcm2711-hdmi0' compatible string is used on RPi4 instead of
'brcm,bcm2835-hdmi' since the IP core was upgraded (now called VC6
instead of VC4). This has no functional change as far as u-boot driver
is concerned. So simply add the compatible string.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).

Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.

Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,
etc.
