A few video drivers cannot build without access to some platform
specific header files. Express those requirements in Kconfig as well.

Some drivers call video_set_flush_dcache() to indicate that they want to
have the dcache flushed for the frame buffer. These drivers benefit from
our new video damage control, because we can reduce the amount of memory
that gets flushed significantly.

This patch enables video damage control for all device drivers that call
video_set_flush_dcache() to make sure they benefit from it.

Add support for DSI Host controller on Rockchip RK3568. This driver
is heavily based on the Rockchip dw_mipi_dsi_rockchip.c driver in
Linux and the stm32_dsi.c driver in U-Boot. It should be easy to add
support for other SoCs as the only missing component from the mainline
driver is setting the VOP big or VOP little (which the rk3568 does
not have).

Driver was tested for use in sending commands to a DSI panel in order
to obtain the panel ID.

Like, rk3399 the rk3288 also supports 4K resolution.

So, enable it for rk3288 with HDMI platforms.

Right now, rockchip video drivers are supporting for rk3288,
rk3399 SoC families, so mark the 4K resolution by default
if it's an HDMI video out.

The default resolution for rockchip display is 1920x1080
which failed to work on 4K HDMI out displays on rk3399.

So, mark the default resolution as 3480x2160 for rk3399
HDMI out.

This would work all the hdmi display resolutions till
4K.

This introduces two new Kconfig options that configure the maximum
allowable framebuffer size (i.e. the memory reservation/allocation for
the framebuffer):
 - VIDEO_ROCKCHIP_MAX_XRES
 - VIDEO_ROCKCHIP_MAX_YRES
The resulting memory allocation will cover 4 byte per pixel for these
resolutions.
