watchdog: Add StarFive Watchdog driver

Add to support StarFive watchdog driver. The driver is imported from linux kernel's drivers/watchdog/starfive-wdt.c without jh7100 support because there is no support of jh7100 SoC in u-boot yet. watchdog: Correct watchdog timeout print message

The wdt_start function takes timeout_ms as a parameter and starts the watchdog with this value. However, when you output the message, it shows the default timeout value for the watchdog device. So this patch fixes that part to output the correct timeout value. s5p watchdog driver calls samsung_get_base_watchdog() function, but its prototype is not included. watchdog: ftwdt010: need to reset watchdog in ftwdt010_wdt_start()

ftwdt010_wdt_start() has to call ftwdt010_wdt_reset() after setting-up the timeout in the same fashion ftwdt010_wdt_expire_now() does it. This watchdog driver applies to the following mcf families: - mcf52x2 (5271 5275 5282) - mcf532x (5329 5373) - mcf523x (5235) Cpu's not listed for each family does not have WDT module. Note, after some attempts testing by qemu on 5208 i finally abandoned, watchdog seems not implemented properly. The driver has been tested in a real M5282EVM.
