Add support for AMD Versal Gen 2. SoC is based on Cortex-a78ae 4 cluster/2 cpu core each. A lot of IPs are shared with previous families. There are couple of new IP blocks where the most interesting from user point of view is UFS. When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
