Add ENV_ERASE_PTR macro to handle erase opts and remove the associated
ifdef.

This patch is a extension of previous commit 82b2f4135719 ("env_internal.h:
add alternative ENV_SAVE_PTR macro").

<title>common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header</title>

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include &lt;asm/global_data.h&gt; at all, so
remove that include.

<title>env/ext4.c: allow loading from an EXT4 partition on the MMC boot device</title>

This parallels what I added for FAT in commit 6731bef6966, allowing the
environment to be found in a specific partition on the device that the
board's mmc_get_env_dev() returns. On the Banana Pi R2 that means the
device that U-Boot was loaded from; either the internal eMMC or an SD
card.

Add support of opts erase for env in ext4,
this opts is used by command 'env erase'.

This command only fill the env file (CONFIG_ENV_EXT4_FILE)
with 0, the CRC and the saved environment becomes invalid.

Add a missing initialization of gd-&gt;env_valid in env_ext4_load
as it is already done in some other env device.

Set gd-&gt;env_valid = ENV_VALID in env_ext4_save() and env_ext4_load().

This patch allows to have a correct information in 'env info' command.

Removing this ifdef/endif pair yields a "defined but unused warning"
for CONFIG_CMD_SAVEENV=n, but that vanishes if we use the ENV_SAVE_PTR
macro instead. This gives slightly better compile testing, and
moreover, it's possible to have

  CONFIG_CMD_SAVEENV=n
  CONFIG_SPL_SAVEENV=y
  SPL_ENV_IS_IN_EXT4=y

in which case env_ext4_save would erroneously not be compiled in.
