Coverity (CID 583149) reports issue on code which is not enabled by any
real platform that's why remove it completely.

There seems to be only one place, where this is checked against:
`altera_validate()`. It should be non zero. Otherwise it is only used to
display it, so it probably does not really matter at the moment. But we
had the datasheet open anyway …

Sizes in datasheet are bit counts, display here is in bytes.

<title>SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style</title>

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Fix compiler warning:

cmd_fpga.c:318: warning: passing argument 3 of 'fit_image_get_data'
from incompatible pointer type

Adding the needed 'const' here entails a whole bunch of additonal
changes all over the FPGA code.

PPC boards are the only users of the current FPGA code which is littered
with manual relocation fixups. Now that proper relocation is supported
for PPC boards, remove FPGA manual relocation.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).

Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.
