When CONFIG_DISABLE_CONSOLE is defined, setting

The patch introduces the CRITICAL feature of POST tests. If the test marked as POST_CRITICAL fails then the alternative, post_critical, boot-command is used. As an added bonus, this makes u-boot's memory footprint a bit smaller, although some functionality has been left out; all clocks are enabled all the time, and there's no checking for gpio line conflicts.
