Move architecture-specific includes to arch/$ARCH/include/asm

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with. Signed-off-by: Peter Tyser

mips: Add an 'include/asm/errno.h', like all other architectures

All other u-boot architectures have an include/asm/errno.h, so this change adds it to the mips include/asm-mips headers also. Stolen from Linux 2.6.25. Signed-off-by: Jason McMullan
