Replace CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE by auto-generated value

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough.  This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool.  In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files.  We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new  file.

No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

Add a unified s3c24x0 header file

This patch adds a unified s3c24x0 cpu header file that selects the header
file for the specific s3c24x0 cpu from the SOC and CPU configs defined in
board config file. This removes the current chain of s3c24-type #ifdef's
from the s3c24x0 code.

Convert CS8900 Ethernet driver to CONFIG_NET_MULTI API

All in-tree boards that use this controller have CONFIG_NET_MULTI added
Also:
  - changed CONFIG_DRIVER_CS8900 to CONFIG_CS8900
  - changed CS8900_BASE to CONFIG_CS8900_BASE
  - changed CS8900_BUS?? to CONFIG_CS8900_BUS??
  - cleaned up line lengths
  - modified VCMA9 command function that accesses the device
  - removed MAC address initialization from lib_arm/board.c

stdio/device: rework function naming convention

So far the console API uses the following naming convention:

	device_t* device_get_by_name(char* name);
	device_t* device_clone(device_t *dev);

which is too generic and confusing.

Instead of using device_XX and device_t we change this
into stdio_XX and stdio_dev

This will also allow to add later a generic device mechanism in order
to have support for multiple devices and driver instances.
