Remove setting of fdt_high to ~0, which disables device tree relocation,
from the default environment. Doing so prevents U-Boot from correcting
problems such as having an unaligned device tree and leads to various
failure modes in the OS.

The 'booti' command is unable to boot Image.gz due to the absence
of required environment variables 'kernel_comp_addr_r' and
'kernel_comp_size'.

This commit adds these variables and reorganizes the memory layout
to prevent any overlap between binaries and files.

The current ae350-related defconfigs could also
support newer Andes CPU IP, so modify the names of CPU
from ax25 to andesv5, and board name from ax25-ae350 to ae350.
