arm: Disable ATAGs support

With the exceptions of ds109, ds414, icnova-a20-swac, nokia_rx51 and stemmy, disable ATAG support. A large number of platforms had enabled support but never supported a kernel so old as to require it. Further, some platforms are old enough to support both, but are well supported by devicetree booting, and have been for a number of years. This is because some of the ATAGs related functions have been re-used to provide the same kind of information, but for devicetree or just generally to inform the user. When needed still, rename these functions to get_board_revision() instead, to avoid conflicts. In other cases, these functions were simply unused, so drop them. imx: hab: Increase CSF_SIZE for i.MX6 and i.MX7 devices

In certain i.MX devices the encrypted boot image is failing to boot. According to AN12056 "Encrypted Boot on HABv4 and CAAM Enabled Devices" it's necessary to pad CSF to 0x2000 and append DEK blob. In this case the total image size in boot data structure must cover the entire binary otherwise the dek_blob won't be copied to memory and image won't be decrypted. configs: move CONFIG_MXC_OCOTP to Kconfig

While commit 3e020f03e94f ("driver: misc: add MXC_OCOTP Kconfig entry") introduced a Kconfig entry it did not actually migrate all configurations to using it. As CONFIG_MXC_OCOTP was in mx{6/7}_common.h enable it by default on those architectures. Additionally, also enable it on ARCH_IMX8M and ARCH_VF610 where all current members enabled it through their legacy configuration header files.
