rockchip: migrate hardware.h inclusion into appropriate files

hardware.h is only defining macros which are "wrappers" around writel(). writel() is however not available in hardware.h, needs to be included. This means in order to use the wrappers in hardware.h, one also needs to include the header. However, this cannot be done currently because hardware.h is included in include/configs files, which are implicitly included by every code file by default, which makes the compilation of arch/arm/cpu/armv8/u-boot.lds fail because ALIGN (the ARM assembly directive) got redefined by some of the include files coming from . Because nothing in the include/configs file actually use hardware.h, let's remove the inclusion of hardware.h from the include/configs files and explicitly add it wherever it is required. - Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR - Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation. - On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them. - On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation. - CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most board config header files.
