The definition of CFG_MXC_USB_PORTSC as (PORT_PTS_UTMI | PORT_PTS_PTW)
can be removed from mx5/mx6/mx7/mx8m board config files as it is the
default in drivers/usb/host/ehci-mx5.c and drivers/usb/host/ehci-mx6.c.

The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS namespace do
not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely should come
from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG namespace and in
to CFG namespace.

... to avoid loosing characters when pasting text into the serial console.
This allows to remove the workaround to disable the vidconsole output
when no HDMI device is detected. This workaround only was there to speed-up
serial console processing.
