Becuase the board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is too big,
move the Nomadik board select menu to nomadik/Kconfig.

Move also common settings (CONFIG_SYS_CPU="arm926ejs" and
CONFIG_SYS_SOC="nomadik").
