headers: don't depend on errno.h being available

These headers follow the pattern:

| #if CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(FANCY_FEATURE)
|   void foo(void);
| #else
|   static inline void foo(void) { return -ENOSYS; }
| #endif

In the #else path ENOSYS is used, however linux/errno.h is not included.
If errno.h has not been included already the compiler errors out even
if the inline function is not referenced.

Make those headers self contained.

dfu: add CONFIG_DFU_NAME_MAX_SIZE configuration

Add CONFIG_DFU_NAME_MAX_SIZE to change the proper size.
If name is longer than default size, it can do wrong behavior during updating
image. So it need to change the proper maximum size.

This patch is proviced the solution to change value with configuration.

At this point, we don't need to have  be included because of
properties in the header itself, it only includes other common header
files. We've also audited the code enough at this point that we can drop
 from being included in headers and rely on code to have the
correct inclusions themselves, or at least .

dfu: Make DFU virtual backend SPL friendly

Define stub for dfu_*_virt function in SPL, because
CONFIG_SPL_DFU_VIRT is not defined.

This patch avoids compilation issue in dfu_fill_entity() when
CONFIG_SPL_DFU is activated because the dfu_fill_entity_virt()
function is not available.

DFU: Check the number of arguments and argument string strictly

When parsing the dfu_alt_info, check the number of arguments
and argument string strictly. If there is any garbage data
(which is not able to be parsed correctly) in dfu_alt_info,
that means something wrong and user may make a typo or mis-
understanding about the syntax. Since the dfu_alt_info is
used for updating the firmware, this mistake may lead to
brick the hardware.
Thus it should be checked strictly for making sure there
is no mistake.

usb: dfu: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_DFU_DATA_BUF_SIZE and CONFIG_SYS_DFU_MAX_FILE_SIZE to Kconfig

Currently the config options CONFIG_SYS_DFU_DATA_BUF_SIZE and
CONFIG_SYS_DFU_MAX_FILE_SIZE are being set in include/configs/.h
files and also in _defconfig files without a Kconfig option. It
is easier for users to set these configs in defconfig files than in config
header files as they are a part of the source code.

Add Kconfig symbols, and update the defconfigs by using tools/moveconfig.py
script.

dfu: add 'SCRIPT' entity

Define a new 'SCRIPT' type for DFU entities. The downloaded data are
treated as simple u-boot's scripts and executed with run_command_list()
function.

Flashing the 'SCRIPT' entity might result in changing the 'dfu_alt_info'
environment variable from the flashed script, so add a global variable
for tracking the potential need to reinitialize the dfu_alt_info related
structures.

dfu: add 'SKIP' entity

Define a new 'SKIP' type for the DFU entities. The flashed data for that
entity is simply ignored without returning any error values.

This allows to have one flashing procedure and images for the different
board types or variants, where each board uses only the images relevant
to it and skips the rest. This is especially usefull for the THOR
protocol, which usually transfers more than one file in a single session.

dfu: add dfu_write_by_alt()

This function is a variant of dfu_write_by_name() and takes a DFU alt
setting number for dfu configuration.

It will be utilised to implement UEFI capsule management protocol for
raw image in a later commit.
