Modify the Freescale ESPI driver to support the driver model.
Also resolved the following problems:

===================== WARNING ======================
This board does not use CONFIG_DM_SPI. Please update
the board before v2019.04 for no dm conversion
and v2019.07 for partially dm converted drivers.
Failure to update can lead to driver/board removal
See doc/driver-model/MIGRATION.txt for more info.
====================================================
===================== WARNING ======================
This board does not use CONFIG_DM_SPI_FLASH. Please update
the board to use CONFIG_SPI_FLASH before the v2019.07 release.
Failure to update by the deadline may result in board removal.
See doc/driver-model/MIGRATION.txt for more info.

pl022 spi driver support both OF_CONTROL and PLATDATA, this
patch is trying to simplify the code that differentiating
platdata vs of_control.
- Move OF_CONTROL code at one place
- Handle clock setup code directly in pl022_spi_ofdata_to_platdata

This adds support for the ARM PL022 SPI controller for the standard
variant (0x00041022) which has a 16bit wide and 8 locations deep TX/RX
FIFO.

A few parts were borrowed from the Linux kernel driver.

<title>SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style</title>

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.
