The LDO_EN is bit 4, not value 4. This is only used on the Ventana boards so
we will change it in the header as the other values there are in terms of
values and not bit numbers.

This regulator is used with AM437x IDK to feed
VDD_MPU, without means to scale VDD_MPU we can't
support higher frequencies.
