Some areas needs to be initialized by using memcpy_toio and memset_io.
Following Linux Kernel commit: 40df0a91b2a5 ("remoteproc: add is_iomem to
da_to_va"), add this to U-Boot.

<title>remoteproc: uclass: Add methods to load firmware to rproc and boot rproc</title>

Add APIs to set a firmware_name to a rproc and boot the rproc with the
same firmware.

Clients can call rproc_set_firmware() API to set firmware_name for a rproc
whereas rproc_boot() will load the firmware set by rproc_set_firmware() to
a buffer by calling request_firmware_into_buf(). rproc_boot() will then
load the firmware file to the remote processor and start the remote
processor.

These headers follow the pattern:

| #if CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(FANCY_FEATURE)
|   void foo(void);
| #else
|   static inline void foo(void) { return -ENOSYS; }
| #endif

In the #else path ENOSYS is used, however linux/errno.h is not included.
If errno.h has not been included already the compiler errors out even
if the inline function is not referenced.

Make those headers self contained.

Add remoteproc resource handling helpers. These functions
are primarily to parse the resource table and to handle
different types of resources. Carveout, devmem, trace &amp;
vring resources are handled.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).

Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

Add rproc_elf_load_rsc_table(), which searches for a resource table in
an elf64/elf32 image, and if found, copies it to device memory.
Add also the elf32 and elf64 variants of this API.
Add a test for this.

Introduce rproc_elf_get_boot_addr() that returns the entry point of
the elf file. This api auto detects the 64/32 bit elf file and returns
the boot addr accordingly.
