So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. removed the last usage of the spi_flash_probe_fdt function, rendering it
obsolete.

This patch removes the function.

Many SPI flashes have protection bits (BP2, BP1 and BP0) in the
status register that can protect selected regions of the SPI NOR.

Take these bits into account when performing erase operations,
making sure that the protected areas are skipped.

Tested on a mx6qsabresd:

=> sf probe
SF: Detected M25P32 with page size 256 Bytes, erase size 64 KiB, total 4 MiB
=> sf protect lock  0x3f0000 0x10000
=> sf erase 0x3f0000 0x10000
offset 0x3f0000 is protected and cannot be erased
SF: 65536 bytes @ 0x3f0000 Erased: ERROR
=> sf protect unlock  0x3f0000 0x10000
=> sf erase 0x3f0000 0x10000
