UBI block is an virtual device, that runs on top
of the MTD layer. The blocks are UBI volumes.
Intended to be used in combination with other MTD
drivers.

Despite the fact that it, like mtdblock abstraction,
it used with UCLASS_MTD, they can be used together
on the system without conflicting. For example,
using bcb command:

  # Trying to load bcb via mtdblock:
  $ bcb load mtd 0 mtd_partition_name

  # Trying to load bcb via UBI block:
  $ bcb load ubi 1 ubi_volume_name

User always must attach UBI layer (for example, using
ubi_part()) before using UBI block device.

At this point, we don't need to have <common.h> be included because of
properties in the header itself, it only includes other common header
files. We've also audited the code enough at this point that we can drop
<common.h> from being included in headers and rely on code to have the
correct inclusions themselves, or at least <common.h>.

We have some unused and undefined symbols to remove references to, so do
that. Move the final things that we do set (or need to keep unset) to
Kconfig instead.

cmd_ubifs_mount() function would be called directly instead of
involving whole command machinery for mounting ubifs in
generic firmware loader, so some checking codes need to be factored out
into cmd_ubifs_mount() without breaking original functionality design.

Now, arch/${ARCH}/include/asm/errno.h and include/linux/errno.h have
the same content.  (both just wrap <asm-generic/errno.h>)

Replace all include directives for <asm/errno.h> with <linux/errno.h>.

The UBI layer will disable much of its error reporting when it is
compiled into the linux kernel to avoid stopping boot.  We want this
error reporting in U-Boot since we don't initialize the UBI layer until
it is used and want the error reporting.

We force this by telling the UBI layer we are building as a module.
