watchdog: Get rid of ASSEMBLY hacks

Only one occurance of WATCHDOG_RESET is left in one assembler file. This patch changes this occurance to a direct call to watchdog_reset and then removes all the ASSEMBLY ifdef'ery in watchdog.h, as it's not needed any more to clean this mess a bit up. cyclic: Integrate cyclic infrastructure into WATCHDOG_RESET

This patch integrates the main function responsible for calling all registered cyclic functions cyclic_run() into the common WATCHDOG_RESET macro. This guarantees that cyclic_run() is executed very often, which is necessary for the cyclic functions to get scheduled and executed at their configured periods. If CONFIG_WATCHDOG is not enabled, only cyclic_run() without calling watchdog_reset(). This guarantees that the cyclic functionality does not rely on CONFIG_WATCHDOG being enabled. watchdog: Fix SPL build with watchdog disabled in asm files

Allow to compile assembler files in SPL build which calls WATCHDOG_RESET function when watchdog is disabled in SPL and enabled in U-Boot proper. This issue was fixed in past by commit 7fbd42f5afc4 ("watchdog: Handle SPL build with watchdog disabled") for C source files, but not for assembler source files. Currently the only assembler source file which calls WATCHDOG_RESET is arch/powerpc/lib/ticks.S, so this patch affects and fixes powerpc SPL builds. This patch disables DM watchdog support for SPL builds and uses the legacy omap watchdog driver on TI AM335x chipsets. Earlier it was pointing to hw_watchdog_reset. Since CONFIG_WATCHDOG replaces CONFIG_HW_WATCHDOG, now WATCHDOG_RESET macro points to watchdog_reset. This watchdog_reset is not defined anywhere for am33xx/omap2 and needs to be defined. Fixed this by simply calling hw_watchdog_reset in watchdog_reset. watchdog: Handle SPL build with watchdog disabled

This patch adds some checks, so that the watchdog can be enabled in main U-Boot proper but can be disabled in SPL. This will be used by some AT91SAM based boards, which might enable the watchdog in the main U-Boot proper and not in SPL. It will be enabled in SPL by default there, so no need to configure it there. This approach saves some space in SPL. SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini
